From March 31 to April 4, 2025, Marianna Zhumbei, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Country Studies, participated in the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme.
During her visit to Jacob of Paradies Academy in Gorzów Wielkopolski, she delivered a lecture course entitled “Improving Communication Skills in Customer Care,” addressing current challenges in the service sector.
The visit contributed to strengthening interinstitutional cooperation, discussing prospects for student exchanges, and expanding research collaboration.
